Mr. Ayodele Olaniyi Folayan is a Retired Permanent Secretary and an accomplished Administrative Officer with 35 years’ experience in the Federal Civil Service of Nigeria. He has a solid educational foundation with a Master’s degree in public administration and a First degree in English Language. Mr. Folayan has a wealth of experience in Programme Development and Implementation, Performance Management, Marine Pollution, Training and Staff Welfare, Planning, Budgeting, and a Mastery of the Public Service Rules. He is a repository of knowledge of the Federal Civil and Public Service.
