The tools of Communications in Government include Green Papers, White Papers, Ministerial Briefs, Council Memos, Concept Notes, Memorandum, Circulars, Letters, Electronic mails, Websites, Meeting Minutes and Minuting of Files.-
Over the course of their careers, many Civil and Public Servants are called upon, to draft, or contribute to the drafting of one or more of these Communication materials. -
The acquisition of relevant skills, by Public Officers and Civil Servants, in the conception, drafting and production of these communication documents is equally essential for excellent service delivery and career advancement.
