Mr. Okara is a Harvard Business School (HBS) trained Strategic Negotiator and holds an MBA with specialisation in Change Management. With cognate experience spanning over three decades in various fields of endeavour. For 30 years, he worked as a Banker, Broadcaster, Journalist, certified PR practitioner, Senior Manager, and an Adviser to Government in Nigeria. He possesses vast knowledge in reviews on strategic and tactical Governance and Policy issues particularly in Public Communications, Team building and Development strategies.Ine Nnadi is a Professor of Gender Studies and Human rights. On promotion to the rank of professor, she became the first female professor of Law in the lmo state university Owerri. She has over 32 years experience as a law lecturer. She is a prolific writer and has over 62 well researched articles published in reputable peer reviewed journals internationally and locally.

Presently she is the Dean, Faculty of Law, Imo State University Owerri, a position that also makes her the first female dean of Law in Imo State University Owerri. Ine Nnadi is a member of University Governing Council representing Senate. She is an alumni of the Tulane Law School, New Orleans, Louisiana USA.
